Naturalization

Naturalization is one of the most important steps in your immigration journey. With our background we will have you prepared for the test and the hard questions that USCIS will ask. Attorney Todd Fine has interviewed over 3000 naturalization cases giving him a unique perspective on the process and will ensure that you are prepared for the interview. If there are any issues with your case that may make you ineligible for citizenship, we will work with you to resolve them allowing you to continue on your immigration journey.

Asylum

Fine Law Associates can assist you with your asylum case. If you’ve been persecuted by your home country, or been threatened or experienced harm, call for a consultation. Even if you’ve been referred to Immigration court, we may be able to help. Call today to review your case.

Immigration Assistance and Legal Advice

I have now transitioned to private practice and for the past 18 months have been helping applicants through the application process in the public sector. The experience that I bring to the application process is immeasurable with my broad range of experience.

If you are having an issue with immigration, Fine Law Associates is your answer. I will research your issue and develop solutions to properly guide you through the entire process.

Derivative Citizenship

Derivative citizenship can be one of the most confusing parts of immigration law. Am I a citizen or not? Is my foreign adopted child already a citizen, or are there more steps? These are just some of the questions I can help you with. With nine years of experience with these cases, I know I can help you. Make a free consultation appointment today and we can discuss your case further.

Family-Based Immigration Law

We have the experience to have you prepared for your interview and to be ready if you need a waiver for any inadmissibility that would affect your eligibility for a green card.

If you are a U.S citizen or permanent resident, we will help you with the paperwork and processing to get your family to the U.S. We will also help you with the process to sponsor your family from overseas. Our experience and knowledge of consulate and USCIS procedures are immeasurable. From fiancé(e) visas to parents and children, let us help you bring your family together.

Immigration Court

If your Asylum or adjustment claim has been denied, you will be sent to immigration court. Some asylum claims must be filed directly with the court. The complex details of immigration court can be confusing and difficult to understand. For these reasons it is better to hire a professional to navigate this process for you. We have extensive experience in preparing motions and briefs for the court as well as preparing asylum applications for the court. If your case has been denied at USCIS, we will help you prepare for the case and represent you in front of the court.
